A good place to stay. An older property that looked a little “tired” in places. Room 111, the king mattress needs replacing because of a big sunken area on the left side. The laminated floor is showing its age a bit. Not a criticism, just observation. Overall, the hotel was quite good.

We were on the first floor and because it was a wooden structure the noise from kids jump and running around on the second floor at night was very disturbing and disruptive.

The floors were very dirty and there was no room cleaning service. Same eggs and sausages at breakfast. The bed coverings were very thin and wouldn’t keep anything warm. The couch has seen better days. Staff working the kitchen area sat on their phones and we had to go to the front desk and ask the staff if they could find someone to make coffe. Worst hotel I have ever been in and next time I will book with Hilton in Ottawa or Montreal and commute each day. I will not be ever at a quality inn again

The water wasnt working most of our stay, the website said room service, which they didnt offer. Staff was fine, breakfast was also fine.

I will start by disclosing that I have received financial assistance for my second night stay, as I wished to leave one night early. I only paid a $50 late check-out fee. I was there with my two young kids, unrelated to the myriad of hockey teams staying there as well. Kids were playing hockey all over there place inside, lots of noise , and no parents in sight to control them. The heat did not work in the room, however they fixed that quickly. The pool water temperature was cold, the sauna did not work, and the hot tub color was yellow... There were not channels on tv for cartoons, and my Chromecast did not pair up with their wifi. We decided to leave early as the kids were getting bored, and the hockey kids didn't want to allow them to play with either. Rather antisocial They let an old Cote d'Ivoire guérilla guy check in, he was acting like on drugs or perhaps just landed in the country. His "fiancee" was there, rather subdued. I'm still wondering if I should report them.

thank you for taking the time to reply to our online survey ,yes unfortunatly with hockey teams its hard for us to keep control ,we are not the parents and for some reasonparents think they are intitle to do what they want ,the water might have been discolored but this is what it is with kids coming and going ,the guy you were talking about was reported to the police and was deported back to his country

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from , many options. Enjoyed the aple juice, scramble eggs and sausages.

It was convenient for the purpose of our stay. Staff were accommodating and helpful. I just wished lighting can be changed to make the room brighter and not gloomy. I also noticed an unpleasant smell in the mini kitchen which finally disappear after I used Lysol wipes to wipe off the counter, and fridge door. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Third stay in a row in which the room didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Hairs all in the tub, rings from drinks on bedside table. Fancy charge hub for devices didn’t work at all. Rollaway bed that was confirmed the day before wasn’t in room. No bacon at breakfast again because the owners “don’t care for bacon”

Overall the stay at the Quality Inn was good. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was quiet. Only concern was the shower pressure. We like a good, hot steaming shower in the morning to get us going and though adequate to get you clean, the water pressure wasn't there. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
