"Building was not safe for guest and I was transferred at midnight to another hotel. The next location did not cover the same services I had with the original reservations."

"The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable but they gave us small square pillows and only 3. Made it hard to get the pillows right. Breakfast was lackluster. The eggs were powdered and watery, the sausage was sitting in grease. No yogurts or breads but white bread. The coffee tasted burnt. Only eggs and sausage as choices, very limited. "

"I was using the handicapped parking area which still had mounds of snow and a lake of water in one of the spots. "

"When I arrived the heat was stuck on high, I left at 5pm and asked them to check the room and fix it, when I returned after midnight it was still on high and the room was unbearably hot, it didn't seem as though anyone had done anything. This ended up with me needing to repack and switch rooms at 2am. I should be refunded for this stay. "
