We stayed at two properties during our stay and this one was the more secluded one of the two. (We also spent a night at the Alexander) The fire pit is shared with the other tiny house on the street. It wasn’t an issue during this stay, but it’s worth mentioning for those who might want a private experience. The fire pit was well stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs and tables. This was a great feature that we missed at the Alexander. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the string lights on but the property manager was able to help us located the cord that plugs into tue neighbors outdoor outlet. The kitchen had some of the basics but it was missing some measuring cups. It is fantastic that this tiny house had a dishwasher, washer, drier and gas stove in such a small space. All in all I would give this property a solid 5 stars! My family and I truly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Goat house and we can’t wait to plan another trip to tue Retreat at Deer Lick! ##### Heather C.
