I would suggest that the gate code be sent with all of the other information about checking that comes from vrbo 2 days before check in so that everything is in one place. While the decor and sofa were pretty, the sofa was not the most comfortable and after a long day I was hoping for a comfortable spot to sit and unwind. Those 2 notations are the only issues and everything else was great. This house is well cared for and clean. The owners have thought of many details to make a great stay. There’s a waterfall nearby and you can hear it from the back porch. Lots of deer on the property if it’s quiet. Plenty of things to do nearby. Especially if you enjoy hiking. We are not pro hikers so we just stuck to some of the easier trails. Sewanee and University of the South is definitely worth checking out as well. Stunning! We loved our stay here and the host was super sweet and very communicative! Will be back! ##### Penny S. We were in town for a show at the caverns. Check-in was very easy, communication was exceptional!! Saturday, the day after our show, was a "free" day for us. We packed sandwiches, hiked a short distance to the waterfall...it was absolutely gorgeous!! The property/park was perfect- inviting, clean, cozy and very homey!!
