Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Casa Brina B. The complex, made up of five apartments and three independed houses, is part of a large farm located in the countryside, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. On site, part of the same estate, you will also find an equestrian center and an educational farm. As guests of Casa Brina units you will be able to take part (upon request and for a fee) in several activities such as horse riding lessons, horseback riding/trekking, truffle hunting, seasonal works of the farm, educational courses on plants and farm animals. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September. Garden The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Living Room (Common Room) You will be able to enter the living room from the garden through an external access. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. Het verblijf voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen en zorgde voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. De accommodatie was niet alleen mooi en comfortabel, maar ook gelegen op een ideale locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. De woning zelf was zeer schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden voor een aangenaam verblijf. De keuken was goed uitgerust, de bedden waren zeer comfortabel en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren perfect om te ontspannen na een dag van sightseeing. De rust en het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de tuin maakten ons verblijf extra speciaal. Wat echt het verschil maakte, was de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. Vanaf het moment van onze aankomst tot aan ons vertrek stond zij altijd voor ons klaar. Ze gaf ons uitstekende tips over lokale bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en verborgen pareltjes die we anders misschien gemist zouden hebben. Haar hulp en vriendelijkheid maakten ons verblijf nog aangenamer. Kortom, we hebben een top verblijf gehad in deze accommodatie. De combinatie van een prachtige accommodatie en een behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar zorgde voor een onvergetelijke ervaring. We zouden deze plek zonder enige twijfel aanraden aan anderen en hopen zelf ook nog eens terug te komen. Bedankt voor alles! ##### Alyssa B.
