The house is very spacious and was great for our group. We enjoyed the large kitchen, living room and deck. Easy walk to the beach. Nice walk to Gurney's Resort for happy hour or dinner. Close proximity to both the beach and the village, with an ideal location just off of Old Montauk Highway and stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen and living area are spacious and perfect for gathering with loved ones. Ralph was an exceptionally gracious host, making sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing. ##### Karr M. We had 6 people from ages 2 to 89 and everyone really enjoyed it. It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Very homey and comfortable. Ralph was very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and well maintained.
