Our newly renovated home in Hither Hills has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths on over 1 acre of land. Featuring a new kitchen and baths, pool surround, and an Argentinian outdoor grill. The main level has large sliding glass doors along the living area welcoming natural light throughout our home. The master suite is upstairs while 4 bedrooms are on the ground, 2 of which are ensuite. The lower level has a pool table, ping pong, and media area. Within walking distance of the beach and with deeded ocean rights allowing you access to four parking areas along the beach!

This is a family-friendly neighborhood and home.
