Upstairs, there are four queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a foyer for reading or entertaining. Outside, unwind in the covered front porch, or relax under the sun in the generously-sized private landscaped backyard with ample seats, and a cozy fire pit for entertaining. Enjoy the rear cedar deck while taking a dip in the 18' x 36' heated pool. Parking Details: Access to the garage is unavailable, but parking is available along the driveway. The Neighborhood: Montauk is a major tourist destination with six state parks. It is particularly famous for its fishing, claiming to have more world saltwater fishing records than any other port in the world. Located 20 miles (32 km) off the Connecticut coast, it is home to the largest commercial and recreational fishing fleet in New York state. Other Things to Note: Pets are not allowed at this property. A property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
