You'll love the spacious interior of this recently renovated flat.  
You can enjoy the garden and terrace all to yourself.  
The flat has a fully open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen and lounge.  
The 16m2 mezzanine bedroom will give you a cosy space to yourself.  
Numerous windows bathe the flat in light and open directly onto the terrace.  
A little bit of the countryside, just 3 km from the historic centre of Montauban. You can walk or cycle (1.5 km) to the branch of the Canal that leaves Montauban and joins the Canal Latéral de la Garonne at Montech (11 km).  
Local shops 3 minutes away by car.  
Montauban town centre is a 5-minute drive away. Close to the train station.  
6 minutes from Albasud, 10 minutes from the motorway.  
Close to the Toulouse-Bordeaux and Toulouse-Paris motorways.  
The accommodation is non-smoking, but the garden will welcome you for that little break.  
The flat is fully equipped for a connected (fibre & Netflix) and comfortable stay for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, hob, extractor hood....  
The bed is 160 cm wide.
