In Montauban de Luchon beautiful three-room apartment for 4 people with a surface area of 58 m² in a recent residence, on the 1st floor with elevator and balcony of 11 m² facing South.  
  
This apartment in very good condition includes an entrance with large closet, a South bedroom with a 160 bed, television and wardrobe, a South bedroom opening onto the balcony with 2 beds in 90, television and wardrobe.  
A living room with a sofa, television, storage, an equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room (induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, washing machine / dryer). The living room opens onto the balcony equipped with garden furniture.  
Shower room and separate toilet.  
  
The floor is covered with tiles in the living room and parquet in the bedrooms.  
Garage and secure private parking  
  
Cats not allowed but small dogs allowed  
  
Apartment deposit: €250  
Cleaning deposit: €80
