This house, offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, has been completely restored with the original architectural features preserved and has been nicely furnished in a rustic style. The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine. Access via dirt road (1km). Distances: Montalcino with all kinds of shops 4 km away, Pienza 20 km, Siena 38 km, Montepulciano 50 km away, Grosseto 55 km away. At guests’ disposal: large garden (3 hectares) with charming panoramic terrace and swimming-pool (5 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold water), dressing room with bathroom with shower (warm water), ancient bread oven, laundry (free use). All of the apartments provide alarm system. Extra services included in the rental price: linen change on Wednesdays.
