The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa i Colli is located 2 km (5174 ft) from Montaione, Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from San Gimignano. If you enjoy a round of golf while on holiday, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby. The Experience The property which situated approx 1 km from Montaione and rented as a single environment of about 300 sqm, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding. In front of the main building, we find an enchanting "party room", all finished in wood and surrounded by large windows, equipped with table and chairs, armchairs, wood-burning oven, barbecue and stove for cooking. This party room can be booked on request, with an on site supplement payment. We took our daughters, spouses and 10 grandchildren here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect for our family. Barbara, the property manager was so helpful and so sweet. The grounds are lovely - olive trees and vineyard and loads of roses. They had a play area for the kids. The pool was cold (first week of April) but that didn’t stop the kids from jumping in. The villa had well appointed kitchens (2) and 6 tiled bathrooms with 5 bedrooms. The annex slept 4 with its own kitchen and bath. Lots of places to sit outside. The town had grocery stores and plenty of places to eat. It was a short uphill walk or a few minute drive. There were plenty of interesting cities and towns around there to explore with Florence being a short train ride or drive away. Loved it so much that we are planning a return trip. ##### SUSAN B.
