This picturesque property comprises 16 apartments, offering a quintessential Tuscan vacation rental experience. It boasts an array of amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, tennis court, and an installment plan option, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for guests.

The country house is set in a sunny and elevated residential area, spanning an impressive 920,000 square meters. Guests have access to a fenced swimming pool measuring 20 x 10 meters, with a depth of 150-250cm, open seasonally from May 15th to October 1st, from 9 am to 8 pm. The pool area features a salt-electrolysis cleaning system, showers, and WC facilities. Additionally, the property offers tennis and table tennis courts, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground, ensuring ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

The complex features a reception area, and WiFi is available throughout the property. Guests can conveniently use the shared washing machine and park their cars on the premises. San Vivaldo, Nr. 12 is a 4-room apartment spanning 100 square meters and located on the 1st floor. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, along with an exit to the terrace that offers panoramic views of the surroundings. Additionally, there is a room with a double bed, a room with two beds, and a room with a bunk bed that accommodates two people.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment boasts practical and rustic furnishings, making it a comfortable and cozy home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also features a bath/bidet/WC, and the terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture for relaxation and enjoying the views. Furthermore, a children's high chair and a baby cot are provided, and up to 2 pets/dogs are allowed for non-smokers.
