Three-bedroom apartment of 80 sqm on the ground floor with private furnished and covered terrace. Three double bedrooms, a living room with double sofa bed (for 1 child up to 12 yo.), Sat Tv, kitchen corner (4 gas fires, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine), two bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning (portable element, to be booked prior arrival). Mosquitos screens. Wi-Fi connection at the reception area only.  
  
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, Final cleaning, baby bed and high chair (to be booked prior arrival), Heating, Internet wi fi in the common areas.   
Not included and to be paid on location:   
Damage deposit € 150,   
Tourism tax € 1.50/person/day max 6 days, free children under 14\.   
Air conditioning € 50/week- on request (advance booking required).  
  
Sheltered in the middle of a valley of vineyards and olive groves, from which high€ quality olive oil and wine is made, these holiday homes are situated in a very quiet area, far from the noises of the towns and surrounded by an uncontaminated countryside.  
This residence is composed by 2 houses, and it has 16 self-catering apartments, comfortably furnished in the Tuscan style.  
This child friendly farmhouse is surrounded by a large park full of flowers and with green lawns where a gazebo offers shelters for meals.   
  
Available is also a swimming pool (12x6 mt, from 110 to 220 cm deep) and a children swimming pool (6x4 mt, 60 cm deep), both open from Easter to middle October, set in a location with a breath-taking view, a laundry room, a large meeting room, barbecue, table tennis, bowls and children playground. Internet wi fi in the common area at the reception.   
  
In the heart of Tuscany, this accommodation is in an ideal position for visiting art centres such as Florence and Pisa (50 km), San Gimignano (20 km), Volterra (30 km) and Siena (55 km). Nearest shops in Montaione at 4 km. A restaurant and a tennis court are only 1 km away.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und hat guten WLAN-Empfang. Andererseits hat es in Wassernähe natürlich auch Mücken. Die Verwaltung ist sehr nett und spricht gut deutsch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und groß. An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist die Farbe abgeblättert aber mich stört das nicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einerseits optimal zwischen Florenz, Pisa, Siena, Volterra und San Gimignano und ermöglicht Ausflüge in allen Richtungen. Je näher man der Ferienwohnung kommt, desto kleiner werden die Straßen. Die Lage selbst ist sehr idyllisch auf dem Berg. 5 Sterne gäbe es für WLAN in der Wohnung und wenn die Einrichtung etwas moderner wäre, was andererseits den Charme der Wohnung auch verändern würde.
