From Casa Raissa C you will enjoy a charming view of the hamlet and of the surrounding hills, of the forest and of the greenery. Casa Raissa C is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 9.6 km (6 miles) from the center of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet). Swimming Pool You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. Garden The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Parking The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. Terrace The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and of the greenery. Living Room The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a nice fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
