Casa Raissa C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa immersed in a splendid landscape, in a lovely little hamlet. It sleeps six people. From Casa Raissa C you will enjoy a charming view of the hamlet and of the surrounding hills, of the forest and of the greenery. Casa Raissa C is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9.6 km (6 miles) from the center of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet).
Casa Raissa C is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately 18 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Raissa C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a deck chair. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a nice fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area, going down two steps. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area, going down two steps.
