Pine Needles Inn

"This is an older property with some updates, very clean, we had an end room and it was by a residential area so fairly quiet except for the train that would pass by rarely. This was contactless check in and check out so we never spoke to a live person although we did see the housekeepers around the property. Room had all the basics, soap and lotion and shampoo and body wash and Lavazza coffee pods and hair dryer. Cute retro refrigerator/freezer (small size), and microwave. Heater was a little noisy so we had to turn it off at night. Chairs felt a little flimsy but did the job. There is a smart TV and fairly good WiFi. Towels were a little on the thin side but the water got hot right away and there was good pressure. For the price this was a decent place to stay, had to drive to get to downtown and the restaurants, the Starbucks and the market."

"The staff is super nice and parking was easy. You were able to park in front of your chalet and the rooms were very spacious. We were only there for one night and golfed in the morning at Mt Shasta Golf Resort before we headed home. The course has beautiful views and is very well maintained. I would definitely stay at the Chalet's again and golf or hike."

"I am so impressed. It was like a luxury to be there for the night, so calm and peaceful, so well-appointed and maintained. You drive up and it looks like a motel but very nice. And you go to your room and it is amazing. The only single thing is that the folks in the adjoining room were a bit loud in the morning. Morning people :) It was just an amazing place, highly recommended."
