This 80 m² cottage is spread over the ground floor and upper floor, with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area. Upstairs, you'll find two beautiful, spacious, and bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (toilet and shower). You'll have access to a beautiful 17 m² covered terrace adjoining the cottage. Private parking is available. Charlieu is 22 km away, while Lac des Sapins in Cublize is 16 km away. Peace and quiet are guaranteed in this renovated farmhouse. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and utilities are included. Many hiking and horseback riding opportunities are available on site (option to stay in the owner's paddock).  
  
The price includes: - All utilities (water, heating, and electricity)  
Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
