Definitely we would recommend this place. Our minor complaint is that there was no shampoo and hand/body soap. Also, keep in mind that bed linens and towels are extra, request them while booking this place."

"We cannot recommend this Gite highly enough. The situation was perfect nestling at the foot of the ramparts of the Chateau Castelnaud very peaceful and with wonderful views. Little gem of a hotel
"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."
