For shared use: large garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (9 x 5 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 210 m, restaurant, café 250 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Hospitalet" 3 km, swimming bay 1.2 km. Golf course (13 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: parque Portaventura 28 km, parque acuático Aquopolis 31 km, parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 53 km, Tarragona 37 km, Reus 30 km, Barcelona 132 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only.
