Located in the heart of Le Mont-Dore, at the foot of the market, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, this beautiful 59 m² two-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator).  
The apartment features an entrance hall with an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, built-in oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, etc.).  
It also features a beautiful living/dining room, all facing south and boasting a beautiful view of our local mountains.  
This room has a double sofa bed (140x190).  
A first bedroom, a master suite, has a double bed (160cm) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.  
The apartment also features a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a cabin bedroom with two 90cm single beds.  
Finally, a main bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a small laundry area with a washing machine complete this beautiful property.  
Unlimited fiber optic Wi-Fi access and internet TV channels.
