It comprises a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a television, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including a dishwasher). Facing west, it opens onto a small balcony with a splendid mountain view.  
  
There is a bedroom with a double bed (140cm),  
and in the entrance hall, two single bunk beds (90cm).  
  
The apartment offers ample storage space.  
  
There is a shower room with toilet and a washer/dryer. A private cellar in the basement
