The "WOW" factors of this waterfront property include: \- A spacious 4-bedroom spread across 3 floors. \- Panoramic views of the mountains and lake for an unforgettable morning experience. \- Private access to the dock. \- 4-season hot tub, indoor AND outdoor fireplace. Less than 30 minutes from Tremblant, this is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. You'll want to come back year after year. CITQ #225466 This chalet is nestled directly on the splendid Lac Carré in Saint-Faustin-du-Lac Carré. You will have access to a superb property with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a complete open concept kitchen where all your loved ones can gather, a spacious living room and a bright veranda with a view of the lake. On the ground floor, you will find a family room with a variety of board games and a ping pong table. Fun guaranteed! In addition, for your comfort, you will have at your disposal two indoor fireplaces and a heated floor for the colder winter days. Outside, we have equipped the chalet with a 4-season spa, a bbq and an outdoor fire place to relax. In summertime, you will have access to the following boats: 2 kayaks, 1 pedal boat and 1 canoe. Take advantage of the private dock and the non-motorized lake. The Tour du Lac chalet can easily accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Infos to note: The Internet you will have is a fast connection of 120mb/sec . The indoor gas fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance done during this period). Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October. We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided. The fireplace on the ground floor is controlled by the remote control. Please note that you have access to ROKU; Netflix, Prime video and Disney+ on both televisions. The location is excellent and the amenities on the property are fantastic. Being on the lake with access to boats added to the whole experience. The only downer was that the property was not cleaned on time and when we arrived the place was filthy. We had to wait over an hour for it to be ready.
