From Casa Mortella C you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the sea at a distance. Casa Mortella C is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area in the garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October. Patio The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex. Garden The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by awnings. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs.
