We stayed here one night while travelling and it suited our needs. Fairly basic, clean, and comfortable bed. Would have liked a cooked breakfast, but made do with cereal and toast. Liked the armchair in the ‘king’ bedroom.

The property is clean and neat for the price. It advertised as pet frienfly but yhere os no grassy area to tale them out on.

Travelled to West Monroe to visit my son and his family many times in 20 years. One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in while visiting. Highly recommend.

Not worth any amount of money.
I shouldn’t smell the person in the next room using the restroom, but I did. The floor and chair was filthy and I had to keep turning the tv from the actual tv because. The remote batteries didn’t work. Also, they have pillows on the bed that were the same exact size as the decorative pillows on sofas. The breakfast was a joke too.

The room smelled musty, both bedding and floors. Definitely needs a remodel, new bedding, curtains changed, AC cleaned out and filters changed and a deep cleaning. Air did not cool down my entire stay.

It was ok. The room did have a mold issue, especially from the a/c. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that, there were no other issues. The staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

Weed smoke smell in entire room, bathroom had vometting stains , front desk person told he dont know how the non smoking room has smoke smell, stone age dustbins , fungus on coffee maker and its supplier. Greesy curtain you will dare to touch, 3-4 flush required since it was dislocated on toilet sheet, I paid $110 for this. Its star raiting should be reviewed.

We booked this room based on the Good rating. I am not sure how this was rated Good! The lobby smelled bad when we checked in at 1:00 am. The room had mildew growing up the bed skirt, the light above the sink did not work so I couldn’t even get ready in the room, the ceiling was falling apart above the shower with black spots that looked like mold, there was a white powder all over the the floor, there were Cobb webs on the ceiling. These were just the things I noticed in my VERY short stay without touching much! We travel a lot and this is by far the most disgusting room we have ever stayed in!!

Must have read wrong , thought this property had 3.6 stars, Room furnishings old but Ok, stained couch made me shrudder. Vending Maschine, ice machine area so dirty , rosty, nasty we didn’t go near! Room could use a scrubbing, bathtub old and stained. Front desk personnel very friendly and efficient. Will not revisit but was only for a night.
