I asked for clean sheets and all I was told it was already in the room and when we pulled the pull out couch the sheets on there seemed dirty. We were put on the bottom floor and I woke up to loud noise from the top floor. This went on from 11pm to after 3am all you could hear is stomping, banging and I’m not sure if someone was hitting the walls. But it finally quiet down after 3am which I finally went to sleep and woke up with house keeping knocking on the door before 10am. I really should have read the reviews before booking because some did say noise issues but we just wanted to get off the road from the driving and to have a good night sleep, which I didn’t have all because of the noise. Sadly this is my overall experience here plus the staff is not very helpful.

We were very tired when we arrived at 2:30 pm The sign said check in at 2pm but our room wouldn’t be ready until 3 as maids had Christy so they had a lot of rooms to clean. We didn’t get checked in until 4pm. We weren’t happy about that!

We stayed here two separate times in less than a week as we made the reservations in advance so couldn’t change them the second time. The ice machines were inoperable both stays which is inexcusable. The refrigerator in our room on the second stay didn’t work. The upkeep on the property needs to be addressed and worked on. Not an up to par Comfort Suites.

I will probably not stay at this property again unless absolutely necessary. West Monroe hotels are more updated than this location. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the room next door and the room had a smell that was neither inviting nor foul, but definitely unpleasant! Had to stay for a funeral, so thankfully I wasn't there long!
