It has old wood floors, the southern style pass through rooms, and a great back yard for relaxing. Bookings are not accepted after 7PM and check in is between 3PM and 10PM. This house is not in good condition. One of the door knobs to one of the bedrooms fell off in our hands. Living room furniture was old musty. One of the burners on the kitchen stove worked. The rest did not. This house just hasn’t been kept up well. The comforter on the master bed had a nasty yellow stain on the underneath side of it. It is an old house in an old neighborhood. But everything worked fine and it was easy to access. House was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus. But for complete transparency to other families… the house is directly across the street from what seems to be some type of government housing or apartments. The people living there were outside every single night being extremely loud/partying, using profanity, and at times verbally arguing until 2-3 in the morning.
