I am so very lucky to live nearby beautiful Coopers Rock! It's the perfect place to go for nice, scenic hikes if you are spending time in Morgantown. Later in the evening, take a short hike from the parking area and you will find one of the prettiest sunset views in the state!

We appreciated all of the plugs, remote ceiling fans, bedroom lighting, etc. the kitchen may have been one of the best stocked that we stayed at with every kitchen gadget from a countertop ice maker (very helpful!) to a waffle maker. « This townhome was absolutely perfect! We were so happy with how close this was to the stadium! The house was clean upon arrival and everything was just perfect! We will definitely be staying here the next time we head out to visit our daughter at school or just to go to a WVU football game! Thanks for a wonderful weekend stay! « The house was perfect. The kitchen/living area was very open floor plan and spacious. Kitchen had all the bakeware and utensils needed as well as grill items. The furniture was like new and the bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The downstairs room was a great size with the large bed, twin bed, mini sectional and another small fold out bed. The other half of the basement was a large 2 car garage that got our truck and smaller car and 2 car driveway. No parking on the road. The...
