"This place was better than advertised. It was clean, felt new, was large, and had everything we needed. It was only a short drive to Eagle lodge and most common places in Mammoth. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. "
