### Charming Cottage in Vineyards - Near Nantes & Clisson - WiFi, Family-Friendly

On a winery estate in the heart of the village of Monnières, 500 m from the Sèvre River (fishing, hiking, canoeing, etc.), 8 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, this typical gîte adjoins the farm buildings. Guest rooms are available on site (total capacity 14 people). Private, unfenced garden of 100 m² (separated by an access path).  
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen.  
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed that can be separated + 2 single beds), shower room, and separate toilet.  
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, freezer, and baby crib.  
Included: sheets (beds made).  
Not included: electricity, electric heating (€13/night), towels, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is charged for business customers (€80).  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- Pets: €10.00 per day  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay  
\- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay
