"Room does not have a lot of outlets for recharging things. More lighting needed in the room. Only allowed one items per guest for breakfast, so really just a snack. Bathroom floor tile cracked, and a little unnerving. Staff was kind. Beds were supportive and allowed for good sleep."

"I liked it was in a convenient location. I didn't like because the customer assistance couldn't understand me or shall I say I couldn't understand them. We hurt ourselves on the end of the bed. My husband and I I told them about it. They said oh I wouldn't recommend anyone there unless you strictly can't afford a nice room, I don't want to trash them but my experience was not great. It was a nightmare on elm Street. So after two nights of nightmare we went across the parking lot and stayed at a much nicer frontier hotel. May I say the name? Yes Fairfield inn where we became members for early check-in, they charge us $30 for early check-in and question us about our family members as we went room to room visiting each other at the nightmare hotel"

"Older property, not maintained well. Furniture is old and very worn, the desk chair in our room had a lot of the faux leather peeled off of it. "

"In a town of multiple hotels, this is one of the worst hotels if not THE worst. The staff when I first checked was a 14-15 year old kid who is living in the hotel with multiple other members of her family. Our room on the second floor was terrible. The walls had been punched and repaired and not even the same color as the wall they were on. The bed was decently comfortable but not overly comfortable. The toilet in the bathroom rocked every single time you sat on it. There was a couple in the room next door that was living there as well and every morning you could hear them and their kids being loud as all get out. So if you wanted to sleep past 6am GOOD LUCK. The second morning we were there the couple got into it and ended up waking both me and my wife up. As we came back later in the afternoon, the people downstairs or next door one of the two were playing music so loud it literally sounded like we were in the room with them. Then the male half got arrested so we had to deal with the local sheriffs office coming and going to inform the female half of what was going on. Our final morning we were woke up at 6am to kids screaming and the female half screaming at the kids. I was so angry I couldn’t even say anything to the front desk clerk. I literally just handed my keys and walked out the door. If you’re going to have people living there, get rid of the hotel and just make it apartments. Terrible stay. Terrible hotel. Spend the extra and stay at an actual hotel."
