"When we arrived (by car) peaple on the desk helped to find the parking, gave us information about food, entertainmets. The room was located on the upper level so we had very nice view. The room was very clean, convenient, tea, coffee, etc. were provided. Also we.ve had the breakfest included - very good inclusion. "

"Amazing staff- our dog Rollo was treated like a rockstar! All of the staff made a fuss of him, he was given treats and even had his own omelette made for him for breakfast. It wasn’t just the above and beyond service for Rollo, it was for us as well, we were checking out and leaving very early 5am, the reception staff had made us a packed breakfast and insisted on making us a cappuccino before we hit the road. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff all take time to speak with you and dogs are welcomed as part of the family. I would stay here again and would recommend highly."
