« J'apprécie la réactivité du personnel et en particulier celui du manager Nelson qui a su prendre en compte nos demandes. Il n'a pas hésité à nous changer de chambre. Nous avons passé une nuit dans une chambre non entretenue (odeur renfermée, salle de bain avec de la moisissure au niveau des joints ...). Mis a part cela tout s'est passé.
