Kids and dog loved it. Deck felt very safe to let my kids enjoy the outdoor view without worrying they’d fall off, need close supervision on steps down to and on the dock. Kitchen had plenty of basics for preparing easy meals if desired, however no filtered water so definitely bring that; the tap is a bit sulfur-smelling and wouldn’t be great for large consumption. House was comfortable- comfy couches and beds and a nice big TV. We found the location very convenient for most things, about 15 minutes to SML state park and 15-20 minutes to most other things. Big hot tub (could use a light at hot tub). Nice spacious deck. Good grill. spacious kitchen. Master bedroom big, bed comfy, nice bedding (dangerous spots on edge of bed frame, knots in wood) Nice shower pressure. Cons: noa/c in the guest bedroom. this is a big deal in the hot months. maybe a ceiling fan in living room to circulate the air? We had a couple issues that were dealt with promptly by rental company.
