Kids and dog loved it. Deck felt very safe to let my kids enjoy the outdoor view without worrying they’d fall off, need close supervision on steps down to and on the dock. Kitchen had plenty of basics for preparing easy meals if desired, however no filtered water so definitely bring that; the tap is a bit sulfur-smelling and wouldn’t be great for large consumption. House was comfortable- comfy couches and beds and a nice big TV. We found the location very convenient for most things, about 15 minutes to SML state park and 15-20 minutes to most other things.
