Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Osprey Cove is a beautiful home located on a quiet cove with calm, deep water! The layout features an open floor plan that will provide plenty of room for your gathering. When you enter the house, you will be greeted with a beautiful view through the large windows overlooking the lake! The main level offers the primary suite with a large jetted tub, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, the dining room, a half bath, and a family room with high ceilings and a stone fireplace. From the main level, there is a walkout to the deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill for dining outside. The upper level offers three bedrooms, two baths, and views of the lake from the landing. The lower-level features all the indoor recreation one could want with a gorgeous billiards table, a bar area, a foosball table, a backgammon table, fun board games and a mounted TV. The lower level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk outside to a patio with plenty of seating and a hot tub. Outside and down the hill to the lake features a spacious two-story party dock. The dock is situated in a private cove ideal for fishing, swimming, and floating due to the cove offering protection from boat traffic. Gaze at a lovely mountain view while you lounge on the upper deck or enjoy some drinks from the Cabana on the lower deck. Enjoy exploring the lake as you tour the shoreline in three provided kayaks. WHAT’S NEARBY Osprey Cove is ideal due to its fantastic location that allows easy access to restaurants, wineries (two within a mile), state park hiking, and beach access, as well as plenty of fun activities for kids such as mini-golf, horseback riding, swimming, and alpaca farms. Not enough seating in the main room. Each bedroom only has queen beds. The bedrooms are large and would be so much nicer with king beds. There is no garbage disposal. Could also use bigger mugs for coffee. The coffee maker took over a half an hour to brew 12 cups. Really need to replace it. For a house that sleeps 10, you would think there would be more outdoor seating along with indoor seating. The location is great. All in all it was all about being together. The cove is perfect for floating and swimming. During our stay the water at the dock was about 8'-9' deep with about 5' of visibility. The lower dock is not the greatest for hanging out and keeping an eye on younger ones while they swim, or just getting out of the sun. The upper deck is great. We would suggest bringing a canopy for the upper deck to provide some sun relief. The walk to / from the water is no joke, but the pictures are accurate. It's about 50 yards of gravel and 50 steps from the upper deck to basement, then another 16 steps from the basement to the main floor. We did have a couple maintenance issues that were answered and corrected quickly. ##### Steven L. It provided the big space we needed for our purpose. I have two issues, however. It is listed as 6 bedroom/6 bath. This is inaccurate. It is actually 6 bedroom/5.5 baths. While this may seem insignificant or unimportant to some, it was a big deal for me. Also, when booked, I didn’t work with the owner of the property, rather a rental agency, RSI. I was sent a contract and I paid but 5 days prior to my arrival date, I received another $220 charge from VRBO. While I understand that VRBO adds a fee, RSI should have alerted me. I had already told all my attending friends what they owed based on the contract with RSI. I know RSI was aware of the additional unknown charge but they failed to tell me.
