We are a cooking family and cooked the whole entire time, EVERY meal and not once did we need a utensil, pot or pan. Super close to the grocery store in case we needed something. It was perfect. They allowed our dogs to join us so we didn't have to find a pet sitter and everyone had a great time. The house was perfect allowing everyone their own space and the neighborhood was very nice. The power went off twice during our visit due to the extreme heat (weather), but with their amazing automatic generator, we hardly new it was out. They even provided nice extras like logs for the fire pit, use of kayaks, fresh towels, and more. My favorite spot was the back deck - so relaxing - and they even had a door to prevent dogs/children from going down the deck steps so they could enjoy the deck too. The description of the dock is misleading as the actual dock has a boat in it and you are unable to use the dock. You can tirle up to the cleats but there are no rails.so the jetskis or boat will go under the peer. The top deck is very wobbly.
