This gorgeous luxury condo on Smith Mountain Lake has incredible 180 degree lake views and is the perfect place for your family getaway!  
  
This second floor Bridgewater Pointe Condo features private secure parking, secure building access, day docks, a boardwalk, an outdoor pool, and one of the most convenient locations on the lake. Adjacent to Bridgewater Plaza with shopping, restaurants, arcade, mini-golf, boat rentals, live music, and more, the condo is five minutes from many restaurants, grocery & retail stores, a movie theater, and Booker T. Washington National Park. Public beaches, picnicking, walking trails and more are available at Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Both are just 20 minutes from the condo! For even more things to do and see, Roanoke, Virginia is just 45 minutes away and boasts a variety of restaurants, cultural activities, and shopping options.  
  
The condo is beautifully decorated with a number of extras such as granite countertops, tray ceilings, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors. It also offers a number of amenities to make sure your stay is both enjoyable & relaxing! Free wifi internet access is available through out the condo. The living room and master bedrooms have flatscreen tv's with cable. There is a library of books, DVDs, and games available for guests. The condo offers a washer, dryer, large refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. All bed linens, towels, and wash cloths are provided.  
  
The living room will take your breath away! It has 180 degree views of Smith Mountain Lake and will make you fall in love with lake life! In the living room you will find a gas fireplace, double sliding doors that lead out to the balcony and also a Blu-ray player. The dining table provides seating for up to six people with additional seating on the stools at the bar.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker and all of the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes that you might need during your stay. It also has beautiful views of the lake through the family room windows and sliding doors!  
  
The master bedroom features a king bed with a sitting area, beautiful lake views through the double windows and sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony, and large master bath with a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The two queen bedrooms share a bathroom and there is an additional bedroom featuring two twin beds and an attached full bath. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun come up in the morning or see the moon reflect off the lake at night. It is also a wonderful place to just sit & relax!

#### The sun will come out!

Beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Bridgewater with lots to do. We toured Smith Mountain Lake on the Virginia Dare, went wakeboarding with Smith Mountain Wake and enjoyed the local restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop and Live music! Started out a little rainy but the sun certainly came out and we had a blast!

Paradise Pointe was all that it was advertised to be! The host communicated promptly and answered all our questions. He made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The condo is comfortable and beautiful. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Our granddaughters loved the bunk room and the pool. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, stores, the marina, and activities. We rented a pontoon boat one day and visited the alpaca farm. Lots of games for rainy afternoons. We highly recommend Paradise Pointe!

We loved the condo and definitely will return. The condo is decorated beautifully with everything you need to have an excellent time. We experienced the breathtaking view from the balcony sun set to sunrise. The number of bedroom’s and bathrooms were good for us. Nathan our host was the best with lots of questions and always prompt in his responses.

#### Great location and beautiful and spacious condo

We were very impressed with how spacious the condo was and how beautifully appointed. The view was amazing with a gorgeous sunrise this morning. We would love to stay here again in the summer when the pool is open. Highly recommend this rental unit.

#### Lake Fun!

Our family vacation at Smith Mountain Lake was perfect! The condo is beautiful and is situated perfectly on the lake. It has a large balcony to sit and take in the view and also conveniently located next to restaurants, shops, and kids' activities. Check in is simple and the owner is very accommodating.
