The home features a private large SALT WATER HEATED POOL, Hot Springs 8-person HOT TUB and pool deck veranda overlooking the lake, GAS FIRE PIT, large PRIVATE DOCK and luxury living with a spacious, open vaulted floor plan with large covered decks and windows overlooking the lakefront providing abundant natural light and views. It comes fully equipped to handle any size vacation, featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (plus auxiliary room), at the best location on the lake with easy lake and road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of the home. Ideal for large groups both indoor and out with huge covered decks and breathtaking panoramic lake views. Please note: We try and keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use through October and starting in April. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through Dec-Mar! The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room opens to a lower covered patio with 8-person Hot Springs hot tub, LED TV and bar seating overlooking the lake and your private dock. All leading out to a pool veranda overlooking the main lake with large stationary and floating dock for swimming and boat parking. The home comes furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 4 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for including a Heated Salt Water Outdoor Pool, Hot Springs Hot Tub, Covered Dock, Private Swimming Area, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Shuffle Board Table, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more! We found this waterfront home to a perfect choice. It was modern, clean, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the covered porches, the pool and fire pit, and of course the dock. There were a few maintenance problems, but they were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend that you rent a pontoon boat for the week and a tube if you have kids. For many, a first time lake experience and for all Smith Mt. Lake. It was a wonderful experience. Having the pool enhanced the fun in the lake - tubing, touring, fishing. The location on SML was one of the nicest we had been told by other family members. The house was beautifully designed with appropriate accommodations for seniors ( 3 close to 80 years old) The room with Full Bunk Beds was good for the 18 - 21 year olds and the regular bunk room good for the 3 smaller children. The outside tvs were a wonderful amenity we’ve never had before ( Our family has used VRBO on Cape Cod, Virginia Beach, North West Puget Sound, Boston area, and North Carolina. The driveway is very steep but comfortably fit 5 cars. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard daily, fishing from the dock, and watching the beaver come out of his dam next door. I highly recommend renting the pontoon with the property as that was our favorite thing. The middle floor with the living room is small so if you have young children I’d recommend bringing a few baby gates. The pool is gated which was an added feature for us with little kids. Finally, the pool was a bit dirty and very slippery but overall we enjoyed this home. ##### Alexa W. The place fit our family really well, it had everything we needed (we left some stuff in the car we did not need), it was clean, the views were great, the manager was responsive. We all loved it. Our extended family gathering of 11 adults, 4 children and 2 newborns had plenty of room to visit and eat together. The outdoor space, including heated pool and hot tub, was fantastic!
