Welcome to Almost There - with a welcoming open-floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining areas, the kitchen has a center island for all your prep work along with extra bar seating so your family can join you. There is a unique sitting area with hightop bistro table that you are sure to enjoy. This home features a large yard to enjoy the outdoors including a fire pit , a gas grill and several levels of outside seating areas for dining and relaxing . Enjoy the beautiful view of Smith Mountain Lake from your living room as soon as you arrive.

This well appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is ready for your family vacation! There are two King bedrooms on the entry level and two Queen bedrooms on the lower level. The entry level master is on en suite with flatscreen TV. The second entry level King room is just across the foyer and has an adjacent bath with jacuzzi tub. In addition to the two Queen bedrooms on the lower level basement area is a third bath and den with large TV and foosball for tournament fun.

Smith Mountain Lake is still very quaint. It moves at a slower pace, which we love. It is where you can see nature all around, sunsets that catch on fire, fishing fun, water sports of tubing, skiing, kayak or paddle boarding, putt putt golf and local restaurants. If you want to relax and get away from it all... congratulations you are ALMOST THERE!!

Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.

Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.

Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.

Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
