 Check out this beautiful Spanish style villa overlooking the lake. Located in Bridgewater Bay community, you're near grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and Bridgewater Plaza. This home is situated in a calm no-wake cove so it's perfect for swimming and hanging out on the dock. Bring your bikes and take an after-dinner stroll through the community or load up the kids and enjoy the community pool.  
 Enjoy the spacious beauty and comfort of Z-Villa and the amazing views. The kitchen, stocked with all the appliances any chef could ask for, is the center of the home. The living room and kitchen are open so no one gets left out of the fun and conversation. Or if grilling is more your style, there is a grill on the patio for cooking burgers, steaks, hot dogs or your latest catch from the lake. Watch the sunsets from the deck or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the boats coast by, maybe even catch a few pictures of the deer and wildlife in the yard.  
 This subdivision is all about family with community pool and hot tub, walking paths, tennis courts, riding bikes. Dock space to park your boat overnight.  
 Home managed by CB Sales and Rentals, Inc. | You must bring your own fitted and flat sheets, towels, and toiletry items. Linen rentals are available third party if you prefer to pack light. Comforters, quilts, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided. Occupancy is set by the counties and state of VA; we do not have the ability to override it or make exceptions. Please do not ask.
