Just 50m from the beach, in the ultimate serene location, a fully-equipped property with a furnished patio made for relaxation and sunbathing awaits. Within 10km from the unique, worldwide known Rock of Monemvasia, with its medieval feeling, its paved alleys and a plethora of shops, restaurants/taverns, cafes and bars with a vivid nightlife.  
A perfect starting point to explore the general area and its natural beauties!

The Space:  
Just 50m from the beach, in a serene location, this property is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, an open-plan space with a kitchen, fully-equipped with anything you might need to prepare your meals during your stay, and an adjoining dining table. The living room is air-conditioned for the summer, while an indoor fireplace awaits, if you choose to visit us in the winter. The area gives to a furnished patio with a lovely seaview. A convenient WC can be found on this floor.   
On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed each ensuring a good night's sleep. A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the picture. The balconies offer unhindered views of the sea!

Guests will have exclusive access to all the areas of the property, as well as access to an external shared sunbathing area with sun loungers and a shower!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Just 50m from the beach, in the secluded and serene area of Kremmydi, the perfect starting point to discover the general area of Monemvasia.  
Do not miss the lacy sandy beach of Pori in the south (9km), while in the north Kochylas (beach of seashells) at just 5km awaits!  
Monemvasia (10km), a stunning medieval fortress town located on a small island off the Peloponnese coast in Greece, offers a wealth of experiences for visitors. Begin your exploration by wandering through the cobblestone streets of the old town, where you'll be enchanted by the beautifully preserved Byzantine and Venetian architecture. Visit the Church of Agia Sofia, perched high on the cliff, offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding landscape. The town's main square, Plateia, is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a coffee while taking in the historic ambiance.
