Less than one kilometer outside of the picturesque Elea village, you’ll find peace and serenity on the sandy shores of a private stretch near Tigania Beach, at the Finisia House. The property is perfect for families or couples but also a perfect choice for solo travelers.  
  
The four master bedrooms feature three king size beds and one twin bed, sharing two bathrooms with jetted tub, two lounges with a fireplace on the upper floor, two 6-person dining tables, two fully equipped kitchens and an incredible ocean view. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy on the property, and beyond. Tennis court and heliport are both parts of the property while shopping, dining, and exciting eco-tourism excursions can all be found within minutes of your beautiful house.  
  
This four-bedroom villa is made for relaxation. With an earthy color palette and numerous, wide openings to the ocean view, Finisia truly embraces its gorgeous surroundings. Rich wood tones, creamy linens, Mediterranean greenery, and fresh ocean breeze decorate the Finisia’s interior spaces luxuriously.  
  
Finisia House is situated on a private stretch near Tigania Beach, just steps from your front door. Overlooking the beach, and an amazing ocean view, Finisia’s big garden is the perfect place to cool off with an afternoon drink. If you feel like staying active, there’s a state of art area in the property with olive trees for a nice walk and a tennis court, to keep you busy. And, there are two large dining tables, one at the garden and one at the balcony giving you the opportunity to enjoy a fine dining with perfect view.

Elea is a quiet and friendly village located in southern Laconia in a natural bay with beautiful beaches. The picturesque bays and crystal blue waters offer the visitor unique moments. Elaia offers good food in restaurants and taverns. The wider area is ideal for outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, diving, hiking & cycling, climbing and wine tasting.  
  
Around the area of Elaia you will find some of the best tourist and historical spots in Greece. The property is a springboard to discover the outstanding attractions in the Peloponnese such as the castle of Monemvasia (23km), deserted Byzantine city of Mystras (65km), the magical Elafonissos & Kithyra islands (43km to Punta Harbor), traditional Talanta’ Watermill(23km) and the magnificent museum of olive and oil in Sparta (61km). Secret attractions such as the underwater city of Pavlopetri(43km), Kastania Cave(59km), impressive castle of Geraki(41km), Petrified Forest (62km) near Neapoli and the beach of Plytra(11km) are also definitely worth visiting. Also, worth visiting is Limeni (79km), one of the most picturesque harbors in Peloponnesus, which is located at the wider area of Oitylo. A bit further on are the haunting stone towers of Vathia(101km), gorgeous town of Areopoli(67km), beautiful Gytheio(41km) and the Diros Caves (77km).
