Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a park And fly with a late check out. Waited over an hour for the shuttle even after calling several times. Kept being told wait 5 minutes. Was told to wait at the departure doors but shuttle left full after picking up at the arrival doors. Then they forgot about our late check out and called the on and knocked on the door before 12 asking why we didn’t check out. Notes were on the reservation confirming late check out. When we tried to explain our concerns to the front desk staff they were rude and dismissive. Never again.

The room was awesome and big, the breakfast was amazing it was really good the staff was really friendly . The only downside is that our Roku stick didn’t work couldn’t connect on the wifi

This a very nice, newer hotel with good room amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast options. There are no restaurants in the immediate area but staff was able to direct us on where we could go. Other than having to drive for food, the hotel is located close to highways.
