Many people like to stay here as it is a little bit of history, and for its location in the downtown core. It a century plus home.The limestone was quarried over a 100 years ago. The house, written on the deed, was built, in the "early 1900s" and as such is a provincially designated heritage property. Because of that and with that in mind, the house décor is 'old fashioned" circa 1950s in this case.

Breakfast is made daily, with coffee to start your heart. there is homemade banana bread, lemon bread, the recipes are from my family and that is just the beginning. Topping the list is French toast and other homemade fresh daily items as you experienced. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. the parking was exception last winter as we had and I am not kidding 3 meters 19 feet of snow. I am hoping that there will not be a repeat performance for 2015-16 winter season. Please come and stay again!
