2 kms from the 24 Hours circuit and 2.5 kms from the center of Moncé en Belin, in a green setting and near an enclosed pond, comfortable independent gite designed for 6 people.  
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-conservative, 4 ceramic hobs, oven). Dining area. Living room with large corner sofa. 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Beds made on arrival. Heating included.  
Cleaning charge 50€ in addition, compulsory for companies and professionals.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
