The apartment is centrally located in Menton just a few minutes from the Menton’s Medieval Old Town and Roquebrune Carnolès. Guests will find all the amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket less than 5 minutes from their front door. And those coming with little ones will enjoy Koaland Amusement Park just a stone’s throw from here. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 14-minute walk along the seafront). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.  
  
With the Plage du Borrigo and Plage Solenzara just a 10-minute walk, the apartment is ideally placed for a family who want to combine a beach holiday with the sophistication of the Côte d’Azur. The apartment is also just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings that slope to the Old Port (18-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.  
  
Nice airport is just 35 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
