Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en los apartamentos de este hotel de cinco estrellas fue muy decepcionante. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift. We used the hotel amenities, gym, room service, restaurant, transfers to town and spa. We paid for spa and since maximum capacity is 6 people at a time, we had it to ourselves as we were 6\. The duplex doesn’t have Wifi but apparently you can get it at a cost from reception. If not, you can just go to the lobby to use it for free. We had a hotspot so I didn’t need to get it from the hotel. Maria was always available answering my questions. Overall, we really enjoyed this apartment and would come back. ##### Judy A.
