The space
The apartment is modern, decorated with flair, furnished and has been stocked keeping in mind the needs of every modern traveller.

1.) Living Room
- Fast unlimited Wifi Internet access.
- A Six-speed ceiling fan to cool temperatures in the room.
- 43" smart internet UHDTV with YouTube and subscriptions to Netflix, Local channels
- Dining table
- Laptop-friendly work station with study/work chair and table
- Water dispenser (cold, normal and hot)

2.) Bedrooms
- Comfy orthopedic mattresses and mosquito net provided on all beds
- Bedroom 1 has a King size bed
- Bedroom 2 that has a double / twin beds that can be converted to a king-size bed.
- White bed linen/ bedsheets and two sets of white towels provided in each bedroom.
• 6 pillows provided on each bed for maximum comfort during your stay.
- Six speed ceiling fans provided in all bedrooms to cool temperatures

3.) Kitchen
• Open plan kitchen perfect for whipping a delicious meal for friends, family or workmates
- Fully equipped with appliances such as a gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, water heater kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, ceramic plates, cups, cooking pots, pans, glass tumblers and wine glasses etc.

4.) Bathroom
- It is equipped with a standard WC, instant hot water shower and stocked with white fresh towels at check-in.

5.) Security
The area is safe and the apartment is well secured with daytime and night time security guards, electric fence, alarm etc.

Guest access
-Guests will have the entire space to themselves
- All the amenities within the apartment, it's your home while you are here so enjoy!

Other things to note
• There are minor charges payable on site to access the pool and gym. We haven't included this in our pricing because some guests do not need to use the swimming pool or gym.
• Please let us know prior to check-in whether you would want us to co-join the twin beds to a king size bed or you would want the beds to be left separately.
• This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (complimentary tea, coffee sachets, sugar, water) and bath soap, shower gel, shower caps to start you off. We have hotel quality linens.

- We have online food recommendations of restaurants that can deliver food to your doorstep
- Stay of 3 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens and towels
- Week and month long stay will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans twice a week and fresh linen and towels
- Cleaning of the unit can be done more frequently upon request at a fee (cleaning charge in place with your booking is to freshen up the unit after your stay)
- Each cleaning session has to be pre-arranged and the cleaning takes approx. 2 hours
- There is potential for noise in the apartment because it is in the vicinity of Mombasa town
- Laundry and ironing services offered upon request at a fee. Nearby laundromat can pick your clothes at your doorstep, wash, iron, fold and return them on the same day.

*Cleaning note*
We have an enhanced cleaning & sanitization process of the whole house before & after every booking. Our cleaning personnel wear gloves and masks when they work. We disinfect all knobs, switches, handles etc. SAFETY of our guest(s) is our PRIORITY
