The house is situated in Moltrasio, a quaint village in the first basin of Lake Como. The village is about 8 km from Como and 3km from Cernobbio, known for the presence of Villa D'Este and Villa Erba. The house is reached after a short, scenic walk 5 /7 minutes (which I'm 37 years we use this time, my mom is 72 years old instead it takes 15 minutes), of course we do not recommend this house to people who have physical problems. (For the transport of luggage you will have our help of course) .you can't arrive with the car in the house, there isn't the way. From house you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. Where there is car park, there is also a good restaurant “ La Trattoria del Fagiano “ and a mini market. The house is well equipped, and she thoughtfully left us coffee and cookies for breakfast. We were initially worried about the walk from the parking area, but although it takes a bit of time, it’s totally manageable — and it actually added a sense of adventure to our stay.We left wishing we could have stayed longer.
