"We loved our stay! The house was immaculate. They have everything you need. We didn't have to pack beach chairs or sand toys for our kids because they had them. I really appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice having a washer and dryer. The location is perfect. You are literally on the beach! The beach wasn't crowded at all which was nice. I also really loved the outdoor seating on the covered porch. It is perfectly set up for enjoying meals beachfront. As an added bonus, Becky is a wonderful host, and she is easy to get in touch with. Our family will definitely be back again next year. We've stayed in many beach houses throughout the years, and this was by far our best experience ever!"

"This beach house is absolutely beautiful. The decor gave a warm, and welcoming feel and it was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with easy access from the beautiful deck right to the beach. The deck is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the ocean breeze, listen to the waves and take in the gorgeous beach views. From the deck you walk right onto the beach. We spent the entire time outside either on the deck or on the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable andenjoyable stay. The host were exceptional, friendly, responsive and always available if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better beachgetaway and would gladly stay here again."

"What an amazing view and location. The property was perfect for our family of four. You can watch the ocean laying in the king bed and the kids bunk room had an equal view which was awesome because the kids rooms are usually street side. We watched sunrises steps from the stairs and walked across the street and watched sunsets over the marsh. The only things you need to bring is your food and beach stuff, the house has everything else! What a great week! The GoodmansOhio"

"This was our second time staying in the home and it certainly will not be the last!! WE LOVE THIS HOUSE and all the amenities that come along with it. The house was very clean and so well stocked with items from day one! Bob, our host was excellent with communication from the very beginning. He responded almost immediately when I had a question. The house had new furniture and new cookware from the last time we were there. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to feed our house of 8 people for the week. After breakfast each morning, we would take a SHORT walk down to the beach where we would spend the majority of the day. We would come back and have dinner and then settle in for some games and TV on the comfy new furniture. The home is pet friendly but we did not take advantage of that and bring our boys. Even though it is pet friendly, you would not know it because there is no indication at all…no smells, pet hair, or signs that dogs are allowed!! Again, the house was very clean and organized. You wont be disappointed if you stay at this home!!"

"Loved staying at this property! It's the cutest little bungalow. This is a huge beach house split into several different apartments, so smart! We were in bungalow F. It was facing the back area where we let our dog out to use the bathroom, super convenient. There is a restaurant literally in our backyard (blocked by a privacy fence) which we loved! It was so nice to just be able to walk right over there to dinner. We asked for bikes & got a message that they were waiting for us outside our bungalow within like an hour, I was very impressed! After dinner one evening we rode our bikes to get ice cream, such a sweet experience. The walk to the beach was so convenient, straight across the dead end road in front of the house and up the stairs and you're on the beach. Would definitely recommend this place for a beach stay or little get away. The room was just enough, fridge, full sink, microwave, a few dishes & silverware. Air conditioner worked amazingly! Would definitely recommend this place & we do plan to be back!"

"My fiancé and I just stayed at this adorable, quaint location and we loved it. It was quiet and peaceful, very clean and adequate for our needs. We loved the private beach access and the bar was nice also, located right out back on the property. The hosts were great. We could not have asked for better people to have rented from for the week. We cannot wait to stay here again the next time we vacation here. :)"

"We had the most amazing few days at this property! The house accommodated our family beautifully and it had everything we could have needed! The proximity to the beach was perfect! We all loved the great room sectional as it is hard to find one that will seat almost all of us! Communication with all parties was seamless! Topsail Beach is becoming one of our favorite places on the NC coast. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"
