It has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

This apartment is bright, nicely decorated and well equipped! ⭐  
  
Located in the RDC exposition Sud, it includes:  
\- a master bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200;  
\- a second bedroom with two single beds 0.90 X 190;  
\- a bathroom with functional bath/ shower and toilet;  
\- a fully equipped open kitchen;  
\- and a lounge, living room to relax after a day of walking, opening onto a covered terrace of 12 m2;  
\- a dedicated and private parking space outside the Residence;  
  
The residence Néméa offers in addition on site, free and open access, for all residents:  
\- an outdoor swimming pool;  
\- an indoor swimming pool;  
\- a sauna;  
\- a gym/fitness room;  
\- a laundry room with washing machines and clothes dryers (paying);  
The terrace is not directly opposite and is protected from the street and its animation by high partitions and climbing plants.  
  
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Private parking outside the residence, TV, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Plancha, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc.   
  
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
The apartment is located in a residence with shared outdoor and indoor heated pool for adults and children (opening periods: beginning of April until holidays of October included, 10h-19h), facilities such as a sauna and a gym/ fitness complete your stay!  
  
You will also stay:  
\- 400 m from the ocean;  
\- 500 m from shops;  
\- near a surf school;  
\- less than 10 minutes walk from the golf course (with 18 holes);  
\- 5 minutes drive from the largest tree climbing in Aquitaine.  
  
The city center, Moliets-bourg is close to housing (just 10 minutes).

\## Emplacement  
Your accommodation "25 Terrasse de l'Océan" is located in the Residence Néméa " Les Terrasses de l'Océan", 5 minutes walk from two squares, the Bastide and the Balise, lively places with all amenities, grocery stores, bars and restaurants and surf shop of Moliets beach.  
 The beach "central "de Moliets is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, with a path leaving the residence that leads you directly there. What a luxury!! The residence is nevertheless quiet and your home to the enjoyment of a covered terrace without vis-à-vis direct! You are also 15 minutes by bike from another beautiful secluded beach, the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there along the courses of the International Golf of Moliets which itself is next to your residence   
Everything can be done without a car, quietly and calmly. The famous Vélodysée, the great bike path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes and allows you to make beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulties.  
 The central beach of Moliets, which we talked about earlier, offers a more lively atmosphere, with its bars and restaurants, open in season. The "Chènes -corkscrews", the second beach of Moliets is more quiet and isolated: you choose according to the mood of the day!  
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestled behind the dunes and pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long beaches of golden sand, waves to delight surfers and landscapes of undeniable beauty.In this postcard decor, the variety of activities to practice makes it a very pleasant destination in all seasons. A very appreciated parenthesis at the edge of the ocean...
